Elizabethton City Schools Reviews
My time at Elizabethton has been overall satisfactory. There are definitely updates in facilities and staffing that would fix a lot of issues. For example, the bathrooms have not been updated since the 1970s, and often they do not feel very clean. However, since recently been dubbed a Super School, there have been many curriculum advancements. We now have Virtual Reality lab, a beehive, and many classes that allow students to go out into the community and interact with important people and address and fix problems the students are seeing.
I have enjoyed my four years at Elizabethton High School. The atmosphere is great and the activities are endless! Sports and clubs are the most fun. The softball and baseball program are very talented and have went to the state tournament in the past two years. I highly recommend this high school for any upcoming freshman or any student looking for a change.
The experience you get with Elizabethton City Schools is like no other. The teachers are fun to be around, the education provided is amazing, the athletics department is phenomenal, and there are so many fantastic clubs for everyone to choose from. The only thing I'd like to see change is the actual school itself. The walls and everything are really bland compared to the environment there. If the walls had some type of art on them somewhere that would be a huge improvement.
