I've been an Ed-Co student my whole life and never found any reason to leave this district. The community surrounding Ed-Co is one of the closest and most supportive communities that I've ever seen. Throughout my years here, I've experienced the support of this community and my peers after the passing of my father, which was something that helped me cope after such a tragedy. Having a sense of closeness and familiarity with my fellow students allowed me to experience something that people from larger schools aren't able to experience. Overall, I've loved my time at Ed-Co and I'll be sad when my time ends, but I believe I've been pretty well prepared for what comes next.
Edgewood-Colesburg is a good high school that needs lots of improvements. The gymnasium is getting very old and needs to be updated. There are many teachers that are great, but they need more money to help their classrooms.
Small class sizes, friendly & knowledgeable teachers. Works well with local community college so students can get college credits/dual credits in high school.
