Throughout my four years at Easthampton High, it had been quite the roller coaster. There had been a lot of drama not just relating to my social life but also the publicity of the school. On and off, Easthampton High has made headlines for several different occasions. Although, their intentions were pure, some reasons for making news headlines were absurd. "Easthampton High School Will Replace 'Freshman' With 'First Year Students'" I understand their intentions were to be inclusive to make students of all gender and sexuality to feel welcomed but such changes creates unnecessary drama and makes Easthampton a laughing stock. Moving on, socially, Easthampton was mostly fantastic. As for teachers, I haven't met a single bad or mediocre teacher, only mediocre substitute teachers. All in all, I believe Easthampton has the best intentions in mind for all students, and I really do mean all. We strive for equality and inclusiveness with out EAGLES NEST mindset.

I went to Easthampton High School for all 4 years of high school. I'd say the teachers in the English and history department are amazing, wonderful and extremely helpful. The science department has good teachers, but could be better. The math department needs a lot of work, to say the least. The worst part of EHS is the administration. It seems to me that not one person knows how a high school should run. For example, they suspend kids for parking in the wrong areas, but do not punish kids who are actively racist. I'd say that I learned a lot at Easthampton High School and that the academics are great, but the administration is awful.
It is just like every other high school. I love the size and location of my school, but the math department needs some work. While our history department is and will continue to thrive, if you want to excel in math this school is not for you. The environment in our school has changed drastically with the new principal, we have more group activities that just connect each other in a way that just was not there before.
