Eastern Local School District (Beaver) Reviews
I've always went to Eastern. I love that it is small and doesn't have a huge amount of students. I think more sports and clubs should be added for those who don't have an interest in what we have now. Most of the teachers are friendly and just great in general, while I believe some should retire already. I also think we should have an upgrade in the school lunches considering there's not a big selection on what we eat. I wish staff would take into consideration that some kids go home to no food. Overall, with academics, I think if every student actually wanted to learn and tried their very best, they would do very well. I think the teachers need to teach lessons at a more practical pace, instead of rushing through them. Overall, the rating on this school for myself is a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Of course there's going to be negatives, but hopefully this will change, and we can improve Eastern.
Eastern Local School District is good in helping its students move forward moreso in sciences than anything else, which is nice for people studying sciences later on, but not for those wishing to study other courses in college. Overall the staff is pretty great but it would be nice for the other departments, such as music, to be taken much more seriously than they currently are.
