Eastern Lebanon County School District Reviews
I have attended school in the Eastern Lebanon County School District since kindergarten. I love how my teachers strive to have personal relationships with me. My teachers do everything in their power to make sure I understand the lesson and they go out of their way to help me. My French teacher and I have a super close relationship and it has been a tremendous blessing. We talk about school, my relationships, life problems, and she gives me advice. I have gone to her house and become friends with her daughter, who is three years younger than me. My teacher makes me feel important. If I could change something about my school, it would be how modern the school is. It is becoming older and the gymnasium is not up to par. But, despite our average facilities, our students love the school and are loud about their Raider pride!
Eastern Lebanon County was a great school district to attend. As soon to be a former student, I had a lot of great memories and created bonds with people that will last a lifetime. The staff and teachers do a good job at connecting with the students, and do a great job at career readiness and setting students up to move on to the next big phase of their lives. Unfortunately, my time as a senior was cut short because of the corona virus, but the experience I had makes up for that. It's a nice, tight-knit school, and when you get to know everyone and fit in, it is the best experience you can partake in.
This school is very welcoming and tries very hard to get all students involved in something, whether it be a club or sports or other opportunities. Many students go on to top colleges or have a head start in their respective trades. While diversity is lacking, much of that has to do with where it is located. Most of the teachers and staff care very much about their students, and it is easy to find an adult that will be willing to mentor you and help you through any struggles.
