East Troy Community School District Reviews
I think East Troy is a pretty average small town school district. There are options for students to take challenging coursework in high school, such as AP classes, but some are not offered. Barely any challenging classwork is offered to middle-school level or below. There might be a few "accelerated" classes here and there, but no opportunity to diversify or truly live up to your potential. A few teachers have been awesome, engaged, and inspiring (Mrs. Felske/Mr. Heer) but they aren't common.
I find that I have never been to a more closed minded school. The student body is very immature and racist in ways that I have never experienced anywhere else. There very little exposure to the real world.
East Troy was a great experience. The faculty is very determined for their students to do well in the future. I would recommend getting more involved with the engineering classes however.
