THE SCHOOL IS IN DIRE STATE. THE BOARD IS FILLED WITH PERSONS WHOSE CHILDREN DO NOT ATTEND OUR SCHOOLS AND THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY MANY OF OUR FUNDING AND ACTIVITIES FROM OUR SCHOOLS. THE BUILDINGS NEED UP DATING AND THE CURRICULUM IS INADEQUATE IN PREPARING STUDENTS AT VARYING LEVELS. WITH OUR NEW SUPERINTENDENT, WHO IS AN ASSET TO OUR DISTRICT COMES THE REEMERGENCE OF IMPROVEMENT IN THE LEVEL OF CONCERN AND INVESTMENT IN THE STUDENTS EDUCATION AND PREPARATION FOR HIGHER LEARNING. THANK YOU MS. WORTHAM FOR TAKING US ALL THE WAY UP!!

I have attended schools in this district since I began my years of schooling. East Ramapo School District is extremely diverse. Primary and secondary education in this district has provided many open doors and opportunities for my academic successes. Several teachers have supported all of their students and those students' needs as much as they possibly could (with all of the resources provided to them. Clubs & activities have certainly provided strengths and motivation to students that needed outlets.
Parents' voices should be valued and heard, when they participate in all of the aspects and activities that occur with the East Ramapo School District. Clubs & activities that can further assist all children/students' academic, physical, and mental states, should not be cut out of budgets made within the district.
I have been in enrolled in the East Ramapo School District since I was 4 years old. My experience in this district was rocky. The reason why this was so is due to the lack of interest the members of the board had for the children. Even so, the teachers tried their best for students to achieve excellency. By being in this district it taught me to respect myself and others. It also taught me to be independent.
