Eagle Pass Independent School District Reviews
Over all eagle pass independent school district gave my many opportunities from being my classs president, to student council president. Being involved in extrac acricular actives such as FFA ,Volleyballl, basketball, softball, track and field. This school district afforded me with so many academic oprtunities and memories. Some things I would change about the school district is the amount of time you get to have lunch there are only two line in the cafeteria in the secondary schools, yet the amount of student they have it takes about 15-20 minutes to be in line and receive your food and if you only have 30minute lunches you only have 10-15 minutes to eat your food. Some people sometimes ones don’t even get the chance to finish eating.
Eagle Pass Independent School District strives to teach the students with their limited resources. Although the quality of their teachings is limited, teachers make the most out of them and always seek to side the student’s needs. The food provided is free to the students and usually consists of a portion of meat, vegetables, carbohydrates, fruit and milk. Food is served in a disposable plate and is not recycled. The management of the schools’ budget is mostly oriented to sports-related activities. Other groups are not supported or simply ignored.
While being a student at Eagle Pass Independent school District, I greatly enjoyed my advancement in my educationa and the involvement in sports. Although I enjoued my time there, I believe there could be an improvement to staff and the food provided to students. Better communicatin skills could be applied by staff and better food with appropriate portions should be established, regarding your involvement in sports or extracurricular activities.
