My years in EMSISD were great years. The student body really encouraged each other and the staff encouraged us to keep doing what we were doing my supporting each other. I was in the school district from kinder to graduation, I have see our school district grow in many different ways. There is many more schools in our district as well as more people, more times than not I noticed groups such as athletes, band kids, etc. but throughout the years the groups merged into each other which I think is great that we aren't putting one another in categories. The staff did a great job of expanding and getting out of their comfort zone by going to sporting events and joining social media to keep the students engaged with school activities on their side. Both student and staff were always out doing themselves for student and staff appreciation weeks. Overall I believe I could not have been grown up in a better district, my experience was fantastic and I would not change anything!

My favorite thing about the school district are faculty and the opportunities that are present within the school district. Since freshman year many of my teachers have been so helpful, and very involved in my education. They are always supportive and excited to see the success of me and my fellow class mates. Not only is the faculty amazing, the opportunities available within the school district are excellent. Because of the courses they provide I am able to pursue my passion in culinary arts through their culinary classes. Overall the school district provides a friendly and supportive environment that I am able to experience for my education.
Overall, I believe that my experience with EMS-ISD has been fairly decent. One improvement I recommend is the implementation of an orchestra program. Music concerts performed by an orchestra class would certainly help the schools fund money for their budget. Furthermore, students can learn to get involved with classical music, which is one of the most prestigious genres of fine arts. In summary, I give Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District a total of 4 stars out of 5. Although the schools could improve here and there, my experience has been acceptable thus far.
