In my experience with Dupage 88, I have never felt unsafe or in danger. We have overall some pretty tough classes, especially AP classes. We have various resources to help with the heavy classes. The teachers are generally friendly and teach pretty well. There is a lot of diversity, and the school is very accepting of everyone. The facilities are normally decent but could use some work here and there. I feel like the sports teams could be improved. Especially the girl's sports. Additionally, I feel like the school could do more to prepare us for not only the academic part of college but everything else surrounding that. overall though no big complaints!
I went to Willowbrook High School in District 88, and my experience there was fantastic. They had a friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and modern facilities, and plenty of extracurricular opportunities!
In all honesty, I'm very lucky to be in the school district that I'm in. I attend Addison Trail and our facilities are very modern, inclusive, and safe The teachers quite literally "make" the experience. The district does a great job at choosing truly inspiring people to make up their staff.
