What I enjoy about Drayton School is that the teachers actually care for the student. They also seem to overall enjoy teaching and want you to succeed.
I love it, you get a personal connection with teachers because it's a smaller school. The staff bend rules and limits in order for you to do what you want to do, like if classes aren't available here and you want to take them, the principal is on the phone with the next school over.
I have a lot of mix feelings about this school. On the one hand my kids are doing great academically, it's a small school so there's a lot of one on one time if you have a teacher that cares. They are very big on sports. Choir or band or both is a requirement from grade 5-8, and kids can take an extra PE course in high school if they don't want to take them after that. They don't do much when it comes to bullying either, and parents have had to step in, in the past , but a new principal is starting this school who is going to change a lot of things wrong that the past ones didn't do anything about.
