In general, my school is a positive safe space more majority of kids. I’ve heard kids complain about just about anything but I genuinely think my teachers try hard to help us achieve our individual goals. If we reach out for help, we’ll always been given help. Overall the cleanliness of our facility is average, it’s an old building so obviously some things could use an update. I find little to no consequences for students disrespecting teachers. It’s definitely a bit overcrowded and classes are quite large and can make passing periods difficult. Regardless of minor flaws, I learn.
Love the district - has been excellent. Would love to be more prepared for 1:1 learning! Some neighboring districts have 1:1 learning and all students have laptops, computers, tablets to interact with staff
Ever since day one, I have attended DD2 schools. To this day, there are several teachers even all the way back to grade school that I would love to see again. I think of several of them often and also talk about how they helped shape me into who I am today. I feel that I have received the best education or at least have been offered the best education I could have. I may not have always applied myself as I should have, but the teachers have always been there and tried to make learning fun. Teachers have a hard job and I bet that if students behaved more, they could get a lot more accomplished!
