The education is great in many of the subjects being taught but the math department definitely needs work. Since I’ve been attending the school there has always been problems and the school has had a need to update the math department every year. The administration there is amazing and they are willing to put in the time and effort for their kids but I fear some teachers don’t allow some of the kids to dream farther than the eye can see. Growing up in this small community you’re expected to stay close when going to college and they rarely fill your brain with the ideas of venturing further. By further I mean at least trying to apply to big universities such as Harvard or even starting your own club. There is so much potential with the kids in this district and people both within and outside the community must learn to see the greatness. Thank you for reading.

Although I only attended for my senior year it was still an amazing year nonetheless. The atmosphere was so inviting, you felt you were loved and at home. The teachers and staff are all so kind and helpful, most understanding. I honestly wish I could have attended all four years as well as the rest of the year, sadly I did not have that chance nor will I ever again. This school helped me become the person I am today, a better person.
Ive loved being a part of Dinuba Unified School district for all my life. Dinuba is a small town but a very close community where every school is important. Schools in out town always come together to support one another. Although I love where I come from, our district can have some changes in our schools. I am currently serving as School Rep. to the Board, which I sit and share what my high school has been doing and what we are planning to do, to our district. I believe I already have the opportunity to change. If I could change something it would be to have better math teachers. Our school has the lowest math scores and it came to the point where students and parents don't have a solution and have came to the conclusion we need a better curriculum and teachers that truly love what they do in order for our students to succeed in math academics.
