Crowley Independent School District Reviews
My experience at Crowley Highschool has been an adventure! I am a senior in Highschool and I have overcame a lot within these past 4 years. There has been a lot of support from teachers and other staff members. I know I can go to any teacher or other staff member and ask for help if needed. I have had help applying for colleges and scholarships. Crowley Independent School District (CISD) is a well put together school district and it really has been a splendid experience!
I have been attended North Crowley High school in the Crowley Independent School District since my freshman year. I believe that the intentions for the district are positive and are striving towards college readiness. However, the lack of connection and experience give the approach of organized chaos through the year. I believe that with time the school will be able to carry through with their future plans successfully.
It’s not hard to find amazing teachers in this district. Of course, it’s also not hard to find your fair share of terrible teachers. For instance, I had a graphic design teacher last year who no matter how much work you put in he would enter the same grade for everyone in the class (as low as a 75 at times). He caused me to drop 2 places in my class rank. The schools themselves also have a tendency to over generalize students and not even attempt to treat us as individuals. I wish I could get more individualized attention instead of being grouped with others (I do understand it’s hard with our school since there is over-enrollment).
