Craig County Public Schools Reviews

I am proud to say I attend Craig County High School. I have attended here all my life. I like the fact that all of my teachers throughout the years have known me by name. I am not just a number here like bigger populated schools. At CCHS , you have the opportunity to develop a relationship with your teachers. The only thing I wish to change would be our opportunities. Coming from a small community and an even smaller school decreases your chances of making it into the college you may want to attend. It makes it more difficult but not impossible!

During my time at Craig, there were not many classes to choose from. It is a small school with barely 250 students in the high school, so there are not many teachers to teach different classes. I loved my time here, but I wish there were more options class-wise.
Craig County public schools is a very small school district. Our student enrollment is but a fraction of most other schools. Funding is also very low for our rural school system. Students and teachers have had to make do with what they are given. I would like to see more funding and more equipment come into the school system.
