Overall I’ve experienced good teachers that genuinely care about their students’ education, well maintained schools, and opportunities to unite the student body. However, there is a lack in classes provided for students to grow their talents and skills in ways that differ from the main 4 subjects required.
Overall, I received an excellent education in Coweta County. Up until my senior year, I felt the curriculum was challenging, but because of some certain administrative changes, there was more of a push just to get us graduated rather than challenge us to be the best at all we do. Sports were an extremely positive experience for me. I was a varsity soccer player as well as ran varsity cross country. I definitely loved my high school years!
