The environment was extremely welcoming. They helped me with anything I needed both personally and academically. If I needed advice on anything, my counselor would always be there to help me. The teachers were always welcoming to questions and they always made sure you knew the material that they were teaching. I never had a teacher that did not help me reach my academic goals. The overall atmosphere with my classmates was amazing too because everyone was considerate about everyone else. I would definitely recommend CAPS to anyone because they have an amazing atmosphere that welcomes you in!

Coopersville has great teachers who are funny and understanding of students' struggles. They know students have pressures and society has cultivated a situation where students feel a lot of stress. The students are as kind as teenagers emotionally feel they can be. It is easy to communicate and get along with them. The facilities are well-spaced and aren't dated yet. Though the class sizes can get big sometimes, it is not a hinderance. Admittedly, the scheduling can get upsetting because some classes cannot be offered because a lack of time and teachers, but this is rare. There are a few incidents were cliques are stronger than community and diversity, but Coopersville does well in providing that small-town, "everybody knows" feeling.
I have had all my education at Coopersville Area Public Schools and I can say I wouldn't have wanted to attend any other school for my elementary and secondary education. Everything about the school is great from athletics to classroom discussions. All the teachers and other staff are friendly, helpful, and available which is great for a student like me. Our schools are all very safe and clean, I would say we have a very healthy school community. Overs my years here at Coopersville, I have become involved in the school and community and I love every part about being a student here. I am proud to be a bronco!
