I have went to Collinsville public schools for the last fourteen years and just graduated in May. I can honestly say we excel at areas such as academics and athletics. We are a small town with a substantial amount of students ranking us in the 5A district, so with little funding from a small town with a big class size we have very limited amount of teachers and a limited amount of facilities. Honestly we need new books and new computers , the books we were using in 2017 had names in them fromwhen my mom graduated in 2001. The food is actually pretty good considering it's cafeteria food! All in all I'd recommend collinsville, after all I have went there all my life.

What I like about my school is how small and how nice the community is. My school tries hard to help every student get all the credits they need to finish high school and to prepar them for college. They make everything simple and the staff is absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t want to see anything change about my school. I love every teacher on staff and how helpful each one is to every students needs!
Through my schooling career at Collinsville High School I have been able to take part in multiple school activities where I was able to make connections through teachers and students. Collinsville has a great school system. The teachers are about average but all want you to succeed and do well. The downside of Collinsville is they haven't quite prepared me enough for college but by taking concurrent classes I have been able to ready myself. As long as you are hard working and obedient you will excel at Collinsville!
