I love the Collierville School District. I graduated from Collierville High in 2016. Collierville has prepared me for the college life. You may think the teachers are being hard on you because they don't like you, but the truth is that they're getting you ready for college. Once you graduate, you're going to miss that teacher that was hard on you and made sure you was on top of things because college is a whole other ball park. I have taken with me the different study habits and techniques that my teachers have taught me. I recommend The Collierville School District to my church members that have children in grade school and I will continue to do that. I love my Alma mater! #GoDragons

My favorite part of Collierville was the well-educated teachers that taught us each and every day. There were so many bright minded teachers who dedicated their lives to their students. I noticed that each teacher really cared for his/her students. However, each school district has their downfalls and things that can really bring a school system down. With that being said, Collierville's issue was the administration. They seemed to lack the care for the students like the teachers, and believe it or not, students want to know they are cared for by the administration as well.
Collierville High School is all about academics. It is one of the best schools in the area as far as academics is concerned. Collierville High School allows students to acquire a huge amount of knowledge. It is pretty diverse although some may say it is a majority Caucasian school. The teachers there truly want to see the students succeed and make sure they have to opportunity post highschool to do whatever they want. Students are challenged to think outside the box. The mulitude of classses is also great because students are allowed to pick classes best suited to them. Also Collierville has a plethora of clubs to choose from. It has the best student section in the area. The student life around Collierville is very contagious and it causes students to want to actually get involved. Overall Collierville High School has all the aspects need to make students high school years fun and successful.
