The teachers were very interactive and overall good. They offered college in the high school which really helped me in college, I was a semester ahead of everyone else. Teachers encouraged your involvement in extracurricular activities, I was a three-sport athlete. There wasn't much diversity in our school and we weren't great at involving new kids because most of us were born and raised in Colfax. Most of the teachers have or have had kids go through the school system so it is very family-oriented. I love going back and seeing changes that have been made. The school is currently undergoing a massive remodel that will add a lot of new opportunities for kids.

It’s been a fun four years with fabulous people. The community is very supportive and is there for every club or activity. The teachers are great and have taught me a lot throughout the years and I’m glad I get to be apart of such a fantastic community!
I liked my time at CHS, it's full of great people and it was a good experience. I like the teachers there, informative and willing to help students out when they need it, and the counselor is amazing and extremely helpful with college information too.
I'd really like to see the food change, the food isn't appealing and sometimes looks questionable so I tend to skip lunch a lot. I'd also like to see a change in the facility, I don't know how old our school is since we've got anything done to it. But I'd like to see a change in that too!
