Coeur d'Alene School District Reviews
Our experience has been great with the CDA school district. The area that we were disappointed with was the baseball team. My son played on the team as a freshman and was extremely disappointed in the head coach. It regards to sharing personal information with young students, that I as a parent felt that should not have been discussed. Also the coach was chewing at practice and games that then many of the students on the team started chewing. I did how ever contact the principal at that time, and he was great at listening to my concerns and thanked me for bring these issues to his attention. But other than that, our experience at CHS has been as great experience. The teachers are great and seem to be getting my son ready for his college career.
I had a great school experience. Every single year I always looked forward to coming back to school. Most kids don’t see it that way but I sure did. Going to school meant seeing my friends. It meant learning and getting ready to be an adult which is something I think most teenagers crave so desperately. From football games to school dances and fight for the fish, our extracurricular swede amazing. Nothing would excite me more than getting all dressed up for spirit week and then winning the fish for the 8th year in a row. FTV.
This is an average American high school. The positive parts of Coeur'dalene High School are that they provide many AP classes and support the AP tests and advanced classes in the general studies. This high school, however, does not really support the technical training through technology classes, CAD, programming and ect.
