Cleveland Heights High School was a great and eye-opening high school to attend. As a recent graduate, class of 2018, I got to see so much improvement and the great building renovations that took place. The classes were great and had a lot to offer, honors, and ap courses. As well as great faculty who genuinely cared about students. However, there were a lot of fights that went on almost everyday between students which is not a good atmosphere.

The Cleveland Heights-University Heights school has it's high points and low points. A major low point being the attitude of the students, most students at CHUH simply don't want to learn. However, if you show great effort you can succeed because the teachers are always willing to help you. They try to cover material and get everyone on the same page and will stay after hours to help you, both in academics and with personal matters if need be. The school becomes a rich learning environment if you can keep up with the honors classes or get into the AP-classes.

Unfortunately it ultimately comes down to the students-drive and the lack of parental involvement at home, that's where the problem lies. This really stunts their growth and if you're in the same class with these students your learning environment can become corrupted.
The schools is the district are often well kept. Student have their own colorful personality that brings life into the schools. The teacher are very helpful and offer great support to their students. My only complaint would be the food, there is room for improvement with their meal selection. Often it's a similar meal routine every week.
