Cleveland County School District Reviews

This school could be better there isn't a lot of other classes to chose from besides the basics. They are bringing in some virtually, but none hands on. The teachers rarely have homework assigned and the test at times have nothing to do with what they were prepared for. The diversity is not as high as its rated, and the bullying is ridiculous. There is no safety plan for being a victim to being bullied but its more like, what did you do to get bullied. The principal is the President of the School Board so there is not a lot of complaining you can do there and he can be standoffish and rude. Its all about the football here, they spend more money on the football games than they do on books and updating the school. They do not accommodate to allergies to food.
As far as college prep is concerned they don't tell you that in order to go to schools in other states you have to have two years of a foreign language, there is no electronic policy. Guess thats where the C- comes from

I would like to see more of the teachers to be certified and allowing us to get college credit. It seems as if this school tries to set us up for college but fails us. Only two of our AP classes can we get college credit because our teachers aren't certified. The bullying here also needs to be adjusted.
