I have been in the Clear Creek Independent School District ever since I started kindergarten. However, my journey ends this upcoming school year, as a senior graduating this spring. I loved each of the schools I have attended and are attending: Weber Elementary, Westbrook Intermediate School, and Clear Brook High School. These schools are welcoming, have specific customs, have a wonderful staff, and are diverse! I remember all the great times I had at each of these schools and I can't wait to make one more year of amazing memories as a senior. I'd like to see more changes made for the safety of the students. Thankfully there hasn't been any large casualties at the CCISD schools, but I would like to see an increase of security on campus. We go to school to learn, not to fear of our lives or others being taken.

Clear Creek Independent school district has kept me safe throughout my 12 years of attending. It has made sure our students have the knowledge of what to do incase of an emergency by having a safety drill every month. It has also provided me with great education. The teachers here at Clear Creek Independent School district do a great job at teaching the students and making sure you understand the topic. If it wasn't for my amazing teachers, I would not be graduating top of my class!
The Clear Creek Independent School District has offered students a multitude of opportunities from their youth to participate in academic programs. For example, starting from elementary schools, there are multiple magnet programs that allow for young children in the Gifted and Talented Program to interact with each other on a college setting. This allows students to plan for their future careers and open up ideas on what they can be as they grow up. Not only that, but CCISD offers some competitive schools such as Clear Lake High School, which is well-known for both their excellent academics and orchestra. On the other hand, there are schools such as Clear View and Clear Path where the test scores are lower than average. Either due to personal issues or a lack of future goals, these schools do not offer much for students to learn and develop. In the end, the school has its tarnishes but maintains a good path for students eager to learn.
