Claremont Unified School District Reviews
There are so many things to talk about when referring to what there is to like about Claremont Unified School District! I used to be a new kid sophomore year, and since I walked into the front office, till my last class I never felt like I was a new kid. The staff members were so welcoming and care so much about the students. They didn't seem like they were just doing their job at the bare minimum, they were very positive and seemed genuinely interested in your well being. The students are very much the same, they grew up in such a close community and were well raised with such great teachers, which also provided a great education system. Which can be proven by our API scores, and our statistics to transferring straight to four-year colleges after high school. Most importantly, I think is that our school is very culturally rich and inclusive, which I thought was a great experience that would prepare me for the great big world after my schooling.
I think CUSD has been doing a great job of taking care of the schools. However, the money being funded into the schools aren't used for education. The majority of the money is being spent on rebuilding or construction. I think CUSD should donate more school supplies by giving newer technology-based products for classrooms. I think the money should be funded into giving students food that tastes good, instead of food students dislike.
