Cisco School District is an amazing place where anybody can feel welcomed. It feels kind of like home, it just feels right. The people here are as friendly as can be and its a tight community so you always feel safe. The food might not be the best but they do what they can on the budget they have. The academic scores here are outrageously good because the teachers here are amazing. They push us past our comfort zone to get out there and work hard. Cisco High School is just simply the best and there is no other way to put it.
I have lived in Cisco for over 15 years. In my time here, there has been very little wrong with the community or school. The community of Cisco is extremely involved in the support of participants in school activities. I love the feeling of tradition in Cisco. Regarding the administration, however, there could be room for liberalism in terms of the restrictions put in place of dress code and code of conduct, but otherwise they are easy to deal with.
My academic experience with Cisco ISD has been very beneficial for my future, however the Cisco ISD athletic experience is not something I remember with fondness. All in all, an average school. By no way the best. It does have its flaws, but if I had to choose from the surrounding school districts and this one, this one is by far superior to Eastland, Ranger, and Breckenridge.
