I have been a student in the Chippewa Valley District since I was a three year old attending Little Preschoolers. Over several years, I have witnessed growth in the district, mainly in cases such as school culture, diversity and after school activities. Chippewa Valley's staff and administration has succeeded in providing an atmosphere where students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds have the opportunity to build a future for themselves. There are hundreds of students of color in the district, yet very few teachers, staff or administrative members of color within Chippewa Valley Schools. If there is any way that the administration in the CVHS district can improve it would be by incorporating a more diverse staff into there schools. This improvement would result in a broad school culture, therefore providing a more culturally inclusive environment for future Chippewa Valley students.

My experience here at Chippewa Valley Schools has been great! From elementary to, now high school, I have always liked the staff and principals. Such great, fun, and encouraging people!
Chippewa Valley Schools are those that truly want to see students succeed. Not only are the most updated resources utilized to further our studies, teachers are constantly finding new ways of incorporating the curriculum into fun and engaging ways. The teachers are incredible and have truly aided in my academic success as a high school student, but also as a college student. The multiple rigorous AP courses offered allows students to push beyond their horizons and challenge themselves in many different subject areas. The teachers are there for their students more than any that I have heard of, both educationally and personally. Some of my past educators, I now consider a friend. The teachers of this district truly go beyond the role of a 'teacher' and make sure that their students are taken care of. The administration board is also to be paid gratitude for. These members are the ones orchestrating the whole process.
