This school has not prepared me for college at all. I don’t understand how the average ACT score is a 24 because most people here make below that. The underclass men have little respect for the administration, teachers, and other students. I know several people who have considered homeschooling because of this issue, including myself. If you are not in a sport, then you are basically worthless. Sports teams are praised here and put to a pedestal above academics and the arts. There are little outside opportunities involving the arts and academics.

Chickamauga City Schools is a great school district for a small town. I have went to school in this school district since the fourth grade. The elementary, middle, and high school aren't very large but the education is a really good challenge. The teacher's make sure to prepare all students for college and life after high school. The environment around Chickamauga City Schools is also safe and well kept. There is a large number of students who walk home every day and Chickamauga is so safe that no one has to worry about walking home alone. The Chickamauga City School Systems is one of the best schools in the state and allows all students fair chances at preparing for college. I would recommend this school to anybody.
This school has been great for me in my four years of attendance. I love how small it is. Everyone knows everyone! I love the staff members. They all have a genuine passion for teaching and their students.
