The public school system in Cherry Hill is very rigorous. Students are challenged to their limits, allowing them to grow as academic and social achievers. Though, students' mental healths are often overlooked. A lot of the system has to do with college readiness, making it easy to systemize the students. The students and academics are top notch, and the diverse culture at the schools is unmatchable. More attention is needed on student growth outside of academics.

Cherry Hill East is an interesting high school, considering that there is no way for most students to be able to compare schools to another. However, what I do know is that this school has an extremely competitive nature, which leads to stress being accumulated extremely quickly in students and a sort of dulling in school culture. I'm pretty sure that the only big thing that most people care about is Multicultural Day, and that's just because of free food.
I have been attending Cherry Hill Public Schools all of my life. I started at Clara Barton Elementary School from grades K-5. I don't remember many times that I was unhappy with school. I always loved learning and being with school classmates. To this day the teachers still recognize me! After my time there I continued my journey to Carusi Middle School from 6th to 8th grade. This was when the book work increased but so did the fun. Carusi was where I met some of my closest friends and discovered a lot about myself, including my favorite hobbies. In the spring of my last year there I decided to join spring track. That activity followed me through high school where I ran cross country, winter track, and spring track for all four years. The Cherry Hill School district is a wonderful and well rounded system that helped me become who I am today and I thank them a lot.
