I have attended Charlotte Public Schools from k-12 and I have very much enjoyed all of my time there. High school especially. Everyone in the town comes together and gets involved for our sporting events. The teachers are all great, they enjoy what they're doing. College readiness is a 10 out of 10 in Charlotte! They offer many college courses through Davenport University, Ferris State University, Lansing Community College, co-op class, advance placement classes, Charlotte early middle college, dual enrollment, as well career tech classes that are offered through those same places that help you earn you degree faster.

As a student at Charlotte High School with strong academic goals, it is important to me that I am receiving the best education with the resources I am given and I think Charlotte succeeds at that. The strongest aspect about Charlotte is the connections that students make with the teachers. If diversity is important to you, then Charlotte is not the place for you as we are very limited in that aspect. We are a mainly rural community and that in itself brings in some pretty interesting cultural. All in all Charlotte is a mid sized school with an amazing band program and great sports and extra curriculars.
I love Charlotte Public Schools. I have made great friends, had so many opportunities through trips and clubs, and feel prepared and confident for my future!
