Centerville City Schools offer many opportunities for people of all walks of life. As a graduate of Centerville High School, I was offered opportunities with foreign languages that many other school districts offer: Chinese, German, Russian, American Sign Language, Spanish, French, and more! The teachers are all experienced and held to a higher standard than most school districts. I will have no problem sending my son to Centerville City Schools.

I liked meeting new people , and how it was a somewhat diverse school. There many activities to do there , my favorite was creative foods which you get to make many of tasty meals and treats! I also loved the business program, which helps me become a better entrepreneur. I would change no having an advisory in the morning since it's not an actual class , I would also try to change school lunch to become more tasty/ have more options, but also healthy at the same time . A great thing about this school is that we have elk pride that nerver dies.
I grew up in Centerville's school district, attending public school from kindergarten through my upcoming senior year. From the time I was a first grader, I understood the passion my teachers had for my success. Of course there have been exceptions, but overall my teachers have been nothing short of wonderful.
Not only have I felt the benefits of great teachers, but also after school activities. With activities such as Octagon Club in middle school, and practically unending options in High School, I've always kept busy. I feel especially thankful for the incredible theater program at Centerville High School, which had shows I could enjoy when I was younger, and options such as costuming, set building, and acting I am able to participate in now.
The Centerville school system has provided me ways to get involved in community service, a quality education, and places where I can feel welcome. It has done great things for me, and I see it continuing to do so in the future.
