Center Grove Community School corporation is an extremely family oriented school corporation focused on success! As a former student in the district from 3rd to 12th grade, I must say that I never had a teacher who did not enjoy their job; every teacher I ever encountered wanted the best for the students. I was fortunate to work as an assistant teacher at Center Grove Middle School Central and therefore had the opportunity to see "behind the scenes" if you will. I could help teachers with lesson plans and see how they planned for each class. I observed that the teachers were focused on the academics and well-being of each individual child rather than just the success of the class. Teachers work to create relationships with children to not only create a healthy and successful learning environment, but also a place where students can feel safe and secure.

Center Grove Community School Corporation offers a wide variety of academic potential. What really shone about the school is the prevalence in clubs and after school activities. While sports are widely available, Center Grove also offers various academically and musically related programs. From Robotics to Jazz band, any student can find their niche at CG. While it does have an outstanding curriculum, there are also problems with the system. Honors classes are frequently not equal depending on teams (primarily associated to middle school) and there is very little opportunity for tutors within the high school. Help is limited to the teachers, who themselves have busy schedules. The food is also sub-oar, but that seems to now be a tradition among schools in general.
This school stands as an advanced learning hub for its students. The wide variety of technology available makes it easy to for students to connect and easily complete assignments with technology they will see in the future. The diversification of the teaching staff presents a variety of personalities in which students will need to work with in the future. Additionally, the school corporation emphasizes the integration into the community. Students often have the opportunity to connect with numerous people and prepare themselves for their future endeavors. However, this school is very surrounded by its sports, especially football, and at times the support for academic teams lacks. Also, the diversity of this school is about average. The school continues to create diversity, but it can be hard for those students of a minority group to become acclimated to the dominate Caucasian population.
