My experience has been awesome. I would like to see improvements to some of the buildings. Also make more school function events sports games and plays more affordable to student to get more student involvement.
I have been at Catoosa Public Schools for 12 years. Do I think Catoosa has furthered me in my education exponentially? Yes. Do I think I'm fully prepared for college? No. I think Catoosa could do a lot f things differently when it comes to college readiness. First of all, I didn't even know how to apply for college, scholarships, or anything like that because nobody at Catoosa talks about it. Secondly, I think the teachers should engage more in teaching the class instead of handing students a book and saying summarize this chapter, or write these definitions. Lastly, I wish the staff and students at Catoosa would just be happy and have a cool attitude.
Very friendly environment, police on campus during all school hours and sporting events. There are rarely any fights that happen during school hours. Great academic involvement and help from all teachers. It's a WHALE of a good time.
