Castlewood School District Reviews

I like the school community here. Everybody works hard and helps each other out if somebody needs help. The staff actually cares about the students. You can easily see that the teachers love their jobs. The only thing I would like to see different is instead of a full week of school, they should bring back four-day weeks. We used to have that when I started school in Castlewood; the Fridays off were in-service days for teachers to do their grading and have meetings, and students could come and get help with their homework if they needed it. I thought it really helped a lot of kids.

Over the last six years, I have been going to Castlewood for school. Not only are the people here kind, but most seem to have a general interest in helping one another. The teachers here seem to genuinely care about their students and typically help out in any way that they can.
It is a great school located in a small community. The school is backed up by tons of community support. There are many great teachers willing to go out of their way to help students succeed. There are many ways to get involved in different extracurricular activities,
