I really enjoy being part of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District. It's very family-friendly and they care a lot about their students and their well-being. The administration also loves to see us every day and the Teachers are always wanting us, students, to thrive! I would like it if they changed the lunchtime from 25 minutes to 30 minutes. We would LOVE to have longer lunchtime so we could A) actually have time to get lunch B) not be late to our 5th period and C) enjoy that break we get from the school day.

It's a fine district. Some schools have nice reputations while other's have very bad reputations. The school's I have personally attended were R.E. Good Elementary, Dewitt Perry Middle School, and Early College High School. Elementary was amazing. Middle School was absolutely terrible. As for High School, it was very different compared to the rest of the schools in the district. Early College High School made me extremely stressed, and it was unorganized. However, Early College High School has caring teachers and it helped me graduate high school with an associates degree.
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District is a active district where the Board is hands on with the community. The new superintendent implemented new ideas to allow the most fun and impactful memories into the minds of many. With the new grant of money they’ve received there is new additions and upgrades to all the schools and owned facilities throughout the district. This is a very dedicated district that focuses on the experience, safety, and experience of their students. I would recommend this school district to anyone with kids it’s an excellent place for growing the minds of the youth.
