I loved attending Carlisle County High School. Before I went to a school with over a thousand students and I hated it. At Carlisle County I was actually a person and not just another number. It's a school where everyone knows everyone. Even if you get into an argument with someone you're usually easily forgiven. The teachers are always really kind and understanding. When I was going through hard times they would talk to me about what was going on and helped me find a solution. One of the first staff members I met was Angel Thompson. Angel was the guidance councilor before we lost her to breast cancer. Angel welcomed me with open arms and made sure I was happy with the classes I had. She even put me in classes with my friends, so I got to see them everyday. I've met life long friends at Carlisle County and I will sent my future children there.
Carlisle County Public School system is good overall, but it is very technologically lacking. The facilities could be improved. The education is not suffering, though.
Teachers are great however there is a lot of drama in the school and no one can avoid it. They have a variety of clubs and they are very good at getting students college and career ready.
