I attended Caney Valley from Pre-k to Senior year. I thoroughly enjoyed the small town atmosphere it provided, and the opportunity to be involved in many clubs/sports. However, I believe that the classes were not challenging enough to prepare students for college level courses and would love to see this problem resolved.

Caney Valley was an experience. Though I'm not unhappy to have attended, there are many things that could be changed. In my experience, teachers were bullied by both students and other children, funding was shifted from much-needed textbooks and supplies to the sports teams, and it often felt as if any diversity in the high school, especially, was not necessarily encouraged. The elementary school is harder to describe; I was too young to know what was going on behind the scenes, but I have few complaints as a student.
Caney Valley doesn't really prepare you for the real world. In AP classes, you never do assignments. There's little to no help with college or scholarship finding. The school is covered in pests and unworking facilities.
