Camas is somewhere that I attend everyday, and look forward to it! The administration truly listens to students and their ideas for possible clubs, projects, volunteer work, ect.
I have been a part of many clubs and sports at camas high school and would 100% recommend any incoming students to join them. The community will welcome you, and you'll find a place to fit in.

Great sports and academics! Super competitive in both fields, and overall good teachers. The student to staff ratio can be high based on the class, but there are alternative schools at every level to meet the needs of students.
Growing up in the Camas school district was the best thing my parents could have done for me. Camas prides itself on advanced education for its students and consistently hires staff that care for student success. Camas also provides every extra curricular program under the sun and has no problem acquiring resources and funding. Sports are another thing that thrive in Camas, offering world renowned teams and state champions. If you are a varsity player at Camas you might as well have guaranteed scholarships. Camas high school afforded me the opportunity to do running start, which is a program that allows you to take community college classes and potentially gain an associates degree while still in high school. Because of this program I graduated with my AA in pre-nursing and was able to start college as a junior rather than a freshman. I am currently a nursing student who has saved over $60,000 on tuition and I received several scholarships because of my accomplishments through Camas.
