My daughter attends Calumet Elementary. The teachers, principal, secretary, and staff work to make this school well above what is expected. The teachers truly care about their students, the principal truly loves and respects each and every child, and the staff work to enrich the lives of not only my child, but the lives of all of the children. It is a blessing to send her to a school where I don’t question the level of learning or care she is getting. We love being Chieftains.

Really like Calumet schools, my only downfall is they don't inform parents about things in a decent time frame or respond to messages. We had a teacher say she was just to busy to put grades in and my child got in trouble due to something that wasn't her fault. They are quick to make things right tho. And the staff is very friendly. Everyone takes the time to know you and your children
I love that it's such a small town! Everyone knows everyone and gets along well. You feel part of the school and part of a family.
