The district is definitely focused on education and child safety. They get children of all grades involved in technology, public speaking as well as projects starting in kindergarten in areas of social studies, cultural studies, career development and STEM. They also encourage participation in extracurricular programs although those areas have been somewhat limited in the past several years. Their focus is more technology and educational based versus sports from my experience but that's great because it fits our family values as professional educators.
