Caldwell School District is a great disctrict. They provide a lot of activities, specifically around STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The teachers are phenomenal, and truly care about their students and the community. Oftentimes they do outreach activities in the neighborhoods of some of the underprivileged students, and it's heartening to see the teachers out there with their students and their families. It's the kind of thing that builds community and rapport, and relationships are a big part of learning.
Not the most efficient or sponsored School district, but it gets the job done. The teachers and staffs are nice, if not the most well instructed.
I loved the diversity and interchange of student and teacher communication. I'd like to see a change in school administration as in being more patient with the stressed out students.
