My overall experience with Butts County Schools will always be an unforgettable experience. I loved the time I had being at Jackson High School.
The staff, the academics, the safety, the school culture, and teachers were all around perfect! I learned so much being here. The teachers were always so caring. They want to see you succeed in life. They don't just treat you like students. They treat you like their own. They want whats best for you. I have never had a bad experience with being at Jackson High Schools. Best school years of my life spent there.

I moved to the Butts County School System in 3rd Grade. I was not fluent in English at all, and peers at my old school would mock me. On my first day of school, many of my new peers reached out to me. Currently, as a sophomore, I am still friends with the people that reached out to me in 3rd grade. The environment within the school is absolutely inviting and safe. The administration is seeking out ways to help all students with their emotional, physical, mental, and social health. I always feel secure when talking to a teacher or administrator about something going on. The staff is all for success and playing to win!
I put my kids in Butts last year. Unfortunately, their time in the school was awful. When they got to Butts, they rehearsed a chant called the Butts Ballad, which said, "Butts, butts, we're called butts. Butts, butts, we are nuts." They split classes up into two groups; the left cheek and the right cheek. My kids, however, were right in the crack between the cheeks. Also, the bathrooms smelled turd sandwiches. Overall, this school is butts.
