I have attended schools in the BCISD for nearly all of my life, and I would choose no other district to attend. The staff are extremely caring for the students. They genuinely care, which is something very hard to find in a school district. Classroom sizes range from 10-20 students, so it is very easy to get 1-on-1 help with a teacher. Our school is always kept clean by the janitorial staff, and that is a major plus side to the BCISD.

The dedicated counselors, teachers, and organizations are amazing. However there is still room for improvement in the academic areas of our school, but they are growing and it is a smaller school after all!
I enjoyed how inclusive they try to make the environment at BHS from learning to sports and events. They have many great programs for kids who want to be involved and they even have plans for those who decide fun is more important than school that gets them involved and graduated rather than just dropping out over whelmed. Id like to see more acceptance to freedoms with dress code like hair color, piercings, hats (etc.. ).
