Burke county high school was overall one of my favorite school experiences, as well as the best four years that I spent in school. The teachers and community at BCHS are welcoming and do their very best to help you learn and be comfortable. The best thing about BCHS is that the extracurricular activities are numerous; they range from sports, such as football and tennis all the way to organizations such as Future Farmers Of America. Involvement is highly encouraged at BCHS, however the studies and homework always come first. The teachers are always there if you need extra help through tutoring or even just before class if you have a question. Burke county High school was my favorite school that I ever went to and being in college now, I wouldn’t go back, but I wouldn’t want to change what high school I went to.

I love Burke County schools, the teachers are always there for the students in whatever way we needed them. From studying, to recommendation letters, to assisting us applying for colleges. Burke County will always have a special place in my heart, especially the teachers who helped me.
I am a parent of two boys. My youngest goes to Waynesboro Primary go Pandas!! My oldest goes to Blakeney Elementary go Bears!! I absolutely love these schools. I had a problem with another child bullying my youngest. I had a meeting with the teacher asap and it was taken care of immediately. No problems since then. My children are doing so much better in these schools. Burke County teachers and staff care so much about their students. I am elated we have found excellent public schools for our boys.
