Buckingham County Public Schools are amazing! I have loved all of my teachers and we are all like a close community. They also make sure that the students are always taken care of. From sport games to academic award ceremonies Buckingham County Schools are concerned with the overall experience for each individual student.
My fourteen year experience as a Buckingham student, has had its share of ups and downs. One special reason why I like Buckingham schools is, how they help students with their mental health. Creating group chats, and posting uplifting messages on the lockers are two ways the school helps its students. One thing I would like to see change is, the schools suspension rules on physical altercations. Unfortunately, standing up for yourself does not apply here. It is not fair that in certain situations both students are at fault, when one student has done nothing wrong.
Buckingham High School is much like its surroundings: quaint and peaceful. Very good school to attend, for it is not too boring, nor too exciting. The facility and staff are respectful and ready to engage its students to be better than they thought was possible. Help is always on standby, and both students and teachers can build working, learning relationships that will benefit everyone. All and all, a wonderful school to attend.
