Brea Olinda Highschool is a great school! Awesome campus and student life is a positive and fun environment. Definitely some repairs necessary to athletic facilities such as tennis courts (currently not available on campus & students must travel to El Dorado to use courts) and AC in the gym; some updates in the classroom or places such as the pool deck would improve the BOHS experience immensely! Overall this school is great, with most teachers eager to engage with students and dedicated to their future.
At Brea Olinda High School, most of the teachers are hardworking and aren’t too strict. The people who attend Bohs are good kids and there are hardly any conflicts. It’s a safe environment and there is always a police officer on campus. The only complain I have is the food and bathrooms. The food has recently took a turn for the worse and it’s not enjoyable anymore. The bathrooms usually don’t have any paper towels or soap. Those two critiques are small compared to how amazing the school is. The counselors are very helpful for helping with applying to colleges an answering all the questions. I got to know the lady at the attendance desk very well because I always go home sick and she is the sweetest lady. Overall, I think the high school is Brea is an amazing place to send hardworking and dedicated students.
Brea has a great community with amazing staff. I’ve definitely learned a lot throughout the years within this district. Although the connections I’ve made are unmatched, I do believe they could do a better job with preparing their students for the next stage in their lives.
