I love the Bossier Parish School district because all of the schools are very supportive of each other. When it comes to sports, we are very competitive, but at the end of the day, we’re all a big family. We have such an amazing community that is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Our teachers and faculty give 100% t their jobs and students. Bossier Parish truly does value education and does everything possible to make sure their students are receiving all they can and are getting the most out of their school experience. The high schools work hard to make sure all of their students are ready for college and will have the skills to make good life choices. I absolutely love being a part of this community and having the privilege of growing up in this school system.

I attended Airline High School through 2014. They provided SEVERAL opportunities for students to get ahead by taking AP and Dual Enrollment courses. Leaving, I was definitely prepared for college. Many of my college professors express great relief upon hearing that I attended Airline, as they realized the academic excellence to which Airline holds its students.
As a student in the Bossier Parish Public School System for all 12 years of elementary and secondary, my experience was exceptional. My teachers were always incredibly caring of their students, always pushing them to do their best. There were always an array of activities and clubs in which to participate, and most schools were willing to create a brand new club in order to include more students. Overall, my experience in this school system completely prepared me for my future endeavors.
