(I was the graduating class of Thunder Ridge High School (‘19) within the Bonneville District. Since it had opened just last year it is not in the Niche system yet, which is why I generalized it within the district.) I used to attend the older nearby High School Hillcrest in Ammon. It was dark because there were no windows and it was rundown. The culture fit the atmosphere. Everyone was very negative and focused on popularity. I truly hated it. When Thunder Ridge was announced, I was ecstatic. It opened my senior year and I attended every day with a positive attitude. There were windows! It was so clean. Everything was new and high tech. Best of all, everyone who attended was “the new kid” so most of the students were outgoing and friendly. Even the staff and admin were extremely understanding and kind.

Bonneville high school is overall a good school. One of the aspects of Bonneville that I would like to see improve is the school pride. Bonneville would be a better school if the students, as well as the faculty, became more united in the one thing they have in common, Bonneville pride! The history program at Bonneville is amazing! The history teachers love their craft and they do an outstanding job at it. They provide an inviting, and educational environment. One of the best things at Bonneville is the student council there. Bonneville's student council has won state countless times. They are so involved in the school activities and provide daily games for students. The make unnumerbed possitive posters for around the school. In all Bonneville is a great school that I have gotten the opportunity to attend.
I love Bonneville High School not because of the facilities or the food, but because of my peers that are also at Bonneville. I also really enjoy certain classes like choir, Pre-calculus, and Statistics. Bonneville also has very competent sports programs in Volleyball, Girls Basketball, and Baseball. I am a part of the Baseball team and proud to be. I will look back on these years at Bonneville High School with great fondness and joy. I also hope that Bonneville will prepare me well for the next step in my life.
