What I like most about Bon Homme is the teachers. The teachers are amazing. For the most part, you know every teacher your entire life, with the exception of new teachers moving in from out of town or even out of state. The thing I would change about Bon Homme is the quality of our school. Our school is about 90 years old! The cosmetics are not great, but we are slowly getting there. There are some hallways that are very tight and hard to get through when you have 2-way traffic most of the time. The stairs are also quite steep. I think the school, physically, just needs some help.

I graduated Bon Homme this year. The teachers are willing to help and the classes help prepare for college classes. Even though it's a small school, there are many classes to choose from. Furthermore, everyone is enthusiastic when it comes to sports and activities.
The teachers in this school district truly care about their students. In the 5th grade, I had two teachers recognize that I was having more difficulty learning. They recommended that I be tested for a learning disability. The outcome of that testing led to me getting an IEP after I learned that I was an audio learner rather than a visual learner. I've had special accommodations for testing each year after that which definitely made a positive difference.
