Bloomfield Community Schools Reviews

I like the school in general. They have very nice teachers (some are more strict than others, but they mean well), and the curriculum is good. The school in general seems strict to some, but I personally enjoy it. You have the chance to retake tests as many times as you like for a better grade, and I like that. We have to walk up to the elementary for lunch, and the food is just your average school food. Some of our sports and clubs also went to state. One thing known for our school is our football team has went to state ever since the 1980's. Things are generally clean and get cleaned up quickly at my school. We always show our school spirit at pep rallies. You feel more like you a "community" more than a school. I was new when I came in 7th grade, but as you continue being at the school, you feel more at home. I know I felt more at home my senior year. It could use a little more diversity and improvements in school food, but it is a great school and I would recommend it.

I like that the teachers are willing to get to know you and able to work with you. They will take the time out of their day to help you fully understand the lesson or subject that you are trying to learn. The one thing that I would like to see change is possibly see a mechanics program into the school.
I like that there are college level classes offered and that I am pushed to success. I would like to see class rank changed. The harder/college level classes should count for more credit.
